there is about 1/4" of tire before curb hits rim. i suspect i'll have to have these repaired a few times as well.

How in the heck did you get them for $495!!!! I paid $200 more than that a few months ago. Are they trying to get rid of their BMW wheels due to the lawsuit??

Also, how is the finish on yours?? I have one wheel that I think someone painted in the dark, but like you I figured I would have to refinish them in a few years so I didn't worry about it.

dont know why, and i didnt ask questions. they are so cheap that im thinking about buying a second set as a spare.

paint job is pretty good. didnt notice any scratches or imperfections.

The Black 215's look great. I have bought a set in Gunmetal grey (the same color as on my 87's) I will mount them when I get time, and take some pics.
