window regulator question

my driver side window reg is getting sluggish lately...

just wondering, can you switch the front left window regulator with ones from the others windows(which i rarely use)?

FYI...the ones that are rarely used are the ones that usually fails. You need to cycles your windows once or twice a week.

which is obviously not my case, only the driver side is sluggish, the rest are like new, fast and crisp....

$365 including the labor? I remember that a year ago, when I bought my X5, I purchased from Ebay all 4 regulators for less that $300. So far I haven't changed any of them.
