Choice between 2 X5's Today Please help!!

Hi all...I am considering the following two CPO X5's and need some opinions. I have the stealer down to the following prices (haven't seen in person going to test drive both today):

2006 3.0 White/Tan
23K miles
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package
Rear Climate Package
Navigation
Privacy Glass
Panoramic Roof
$27,800

2006 3.0 Silver/Black
17K miles
I don't think it has premium package bc in the pictures the leather looks fake and the windows don't look like the darker privacy glass. (Please confirm if I am correct about the lack of the prem pkg if these are absent)

Panoramic Roof

First one sound better only bed thing is because is white...but white ones are OK in USA and some other hot weather countries. definetely take #1

Package-wise the White one is better.
Milage-wise 6K difference is not that significant. Call it a tie.
I do LOVE a tan interior (mine has black )

I'd go for the white one!

It's not the Premium package that gives you the privacy glass it's having the Climate package. If the second one does not have the glass it does not have the Climate package. So, it still might have the Premium pacakge. I would say go with the first with the Nav and Climate package.

Wow overwhelming responses for the white one...I appreciate all the feedback...I am for some reason attached to the silver/black color scheme but I feel like dollar for dollar the white one makes more sense. What is really bothering me is the fact that I think the silver one has leatherette based on the pictures...does anyone have leatherette? Is the difference huge? Does it wear well? I had the real leather in my 2001 X5

First one sounds good.... leather makes a big difference....and for 1 k more i think its worth it.... color is a personal choice.... i would test drive both before making a decision. Also make sure you get a good deal on your trade. I am amazed you are getting 2006 cpo at such low price.... you cant get such deals in jersey.
