Anything i need to think about B4 i pull the trigger on this 04 4.4i

Hey guys,

I am new here to this forum but not new to BMW. i just sold my 05 e46 M3 and have owned a 330 and x5 3.0 in the past. My wife wants to get rid of our 05 Lexus GX 470 and wants another X5. It has been 3 years since we have owned one and i am a bit out of the loop.

So 2 ?'s for you guys if you dont mind.

1. What do you think of this deal? 2004 BMW 4.4i X5 black on black sport/prem pack 30k miles CPO till 2010/100k for 26k?? Is this a good deal in this marketplace. I have searched high and low on craigslist, autotrader, and ebay. This seems to be a fairly good deal from what i have seen in the last 2 weeks of hunting??

2. What should i look out for, or problems should i expect? Any known germlins for this year and is an 05 or 06 any better?

Thanks in advance for your help and input!!!!
