Keep in mind you'll need an 18mm thin wrench to hold the back side of the link while you tighten the nut down. Bicycle shops carry them, they're called cone wrenches.

The funny thing is that we and jst2878 have the same taste in fine cars! The real funny thing would be if we were somehow related and meet up on X5World with the same problem just by chance!!! Keep us posted on how things work out with your sway bar end link replacement by updating this thread when you replace them!

Did you guys get this sorted in the end?did you need new link rods, or just lubing as weasel suggested to try or just tightening?
