First off, QUIT YELLING

Little confused though, if you have a warranty, what is the question??? Take it back and have it fixed

Stopping issue sounds like something with the brakes, not the tranny.

Good luck!!

its not easy as it seems see the dealer is like two hundread miles away and im sure you have been to the dealers before they stay with the car like ten years so my questions is can i lube it with out damaging it or has anyone tried to lube a window before to get it going again(simple)the transmission its an obvious one take it to the dealer

I feel your frustration..but the answer is no..You can't lube it...it won't solve anything at least. I'd take it to an independant mechanic shop to get it fixed if you dont want to go all the way to the dealer. Or you can order the part your self and change it out. There is an article on this site telling you how to do it...Other than that, I'm not sure what else you can do...(Oh and dont let people slam the door when they shut it, especially if the window is down) I've replaced 3 window regulators and once i finally figured out the door slamming thing I haven't had to replace any.

Not sure what you mean "seems like" the dealer is two hundread miles away
I'm with al the above. You have the best warranty
in the industry. Let BMW do their job.
In the end you will be happy
