Unhappy Passenger Window Problems...HELP!!

Hey Everyone, I am new to the site and would like to commend the site for being a very informative and helpful.

Now, here is my issue. I have a 2001 X5 4.4 (sport/prem pkg) and have just ran into issues with my passenger side window. The window goes up and down but when the window is brought ALL the way down I cant get it to roll up. It seems that it is trying to come up but does not get passed the rubber moldings between the door frame. I was able to get it up by using a tool to grip the window glass and asist in rolling up while hitting the window switch at the same time. I addition when the window is comming up at about half way there is a quick clicking sound as if it is rubbing against something.

I have read some previous threads indicating that it may be the regulator or motor, but really unsure how to properly remove the door pannel to actually check what is going on.

Any suggestions? Are there any instructions posted on how to properly remove the door pannel?

Thanks
