blacked out emblems and grill
OK, i know alot of you have black grills. My gray metallic 4.4i is in the paint shop getting all of the silver painted black.For example, I am painting the complete grill and hood louvers black. I also am painting the mesh in the front bumper as well as ordering new 4.4i emblems and having those painted as well.I am removing the x5 from the rear for a cleaner look. I will post pics as soon as it is done

If you paint your grille, most likely, you will have to repaint it after a while since the paint normally gets chipped by road debris. You can get black carbon fiber grille or just the abs black out grille. Which I think is better choice. As for the emblem, why not just get black out or black carbon fiber emblems. I have them and like the way they look. Just my 0.02

I removed the X5 from my 03...looks way better. Also, I added the black grill and carbon fiber roundels. Looking forward to seeing yours.
