comfort seat retrofit?

is there such a thing? has anyone attempted it? yes i know it would be quite pricey but am just curious!

AFAIK, the rears are identical design in all E53s.

I have sport seats (and prefer them). Many prefer the comfort seats.

ive never sat in them, are the ones in the E70 the same or similar enough to get a feel?

Note: the "headrests" on the comfort seats are, IMHO, NOT headrests - the whole upper part of the seat tilts forwards/backward - this made it very uncomfortable to me, with big shoulders & tall sitting hgt - my head never touched the actual headrest without ending up staring at the headliner

on my 2001 w/ sport seats, the headrest tilts forward and supports my head perfectly to view the road ahead - go to a dealer and check out how comfortable you are in both kinds of seats - believe me when I tell you that you need head support traveling long distances
