100k ATF change recommened in my manual -- yes or no?
Hi, my owner's manual shows that the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) should be changed every 100k miles. It's on the asme page as the coolant flush and brake bleed intervals.
My dealers tells me no. My local independent shop tells me no. Are they calling the manufacturer/designer or our cars, good 'ol BMW, a liar? :-) Who's right?
