Passenger Airbag sensor recall

Hey, has anyone with the 2006 E53 gotten the promised recall notice about the 2006 passenger airbag sensor? I haven't gotten mine. My passenger airbag sensor does light up overhead from time to time, but it's usually when I have a heavy bag in the front seat. Maybe it's supposed to light up in that situation? Until it gets to a certain weight threshold? It also happens from time to time with my fiance sitting in that seat, but she is only about 115 lbs.

Anyway, if BMW NA is replacing it for free, I should just go ahead and replace it....

I thought the recall was for the X3 not the X5, you might want to double check on that.
