Mojorising is on a distinguished road
Noob in the house!

Hey guys! I've been readin the forum for a couple of months now. I bought myself a 2005 X5 4.4 for my b-day. A couple of weeks have gone by and I can go a day without looking at it every time I walk by a window in the house. (I think) Anyway a couple of questions.

I bought the vehicle out of state and hired a private inspector that gave it the nod. However as the temp has dropped here in Va I've noticed I'm getting hardly any heat, room temperature air. 1st - I assume this is covered under warranty, even though I'm second owner. Is this a known issue or just my luck?

Also I can see the front pads have about 25% life left. Are the pads and rotors also covered? If not can someone please recommend a good set of pads that don't break the bank?

And last I need a front bumper license plate bracket. Can someone steer me in the right direction to find one?

Oops I got one more, first mod, running boards or upgrade the angel eyes?

Thanks in advance!!
