OEM Alarm problem

Hi ppz

i have this probelm with my OEM alarm, it sets off randomly. How can i see which sensor set off the alarm?

you can't tell yourself, but the dealer can hook it up to their computer and see which one is setting it off. Most common problem is the hood sensor. Try disconnecting it and see if the random alarms quit.

Its your hood switch...disconnect it..It takes 2 seconds.. Alot of X's do that.

but is there ANY way for me to see what triggered the alarm? I've got BMWScanner 1.3.6 and IBUS adapter
