Repair Price Check
Hi All,
I have a 2001 4.4 with 90,000 miles. I've had it for 7,000 miles without an issue (and have no warranty). I took it into the shop (local indi with reasonable references) for a tune-up, oil change, brake light message and coolant leak. Here is what they found and are quoting: Oil Change: $111 Tune-up: $563 Front Brakes/rotors: $450 Coolant Leak: $1200 (Valley pan gasket, water pump, thermastat, etc.) In addition they found two other issues: Torn Axel $402 Valve Cover Gasket $479 Are these reasonable? As always, I appreciate the help. |
