Ok...finally I purchased one...X5 4.6is
Today, I found a really nice 2002 4.6is at a local BMW dealer in Atlanta. It met my requirements for comfort seats and navigation.

It is

2002 X5 4.6is 9/02 production date
44k miles
Black Sapphire Metallic
Black Leather
Comfort Seats
Navigation
CD Changer
Sliding load floor
CPO Car until 9-25-2008

It is being certified as it just came in off lease. They are also repairing one of the wheels for a little road rash...other than ...damn...what a sweet ride...
