New brembo rotor and axxis pads R in
My new Brembo cross drilled rotors and Axxis Delux pads just came in, today i painted the calipers ( red) and hopefully i can have intall the new rotors and pads before friday....i will post some pic, and a note about performance on the new brakes compared to the old ones....

Where did you get them from and how much was it? Yes please post some pics when you are done and let us know how long it took you to install them. Thanks

Thanks for the info. Keep us posted with the results. Also I would be interested to know if this cut down the brake dust issue

Interested in your opinion on braking power after you install it. I have the exact same setup on my 740il (Brembo x-drilled rotors & Axxis deluxe pads), but won't put it on my X until after the warranty expires.
I can tell you that it's brake dust free. I love that part of it! |

![]() The stainless steal lines are more for increase brake pressure and feel and not so much for looks. Altough they look nice if you can see them. The SS lines do not expand under load like most OEM lines do.

I can't beleive the diff. WOW 633 miles? Mine looks 10 times worse after 20 miles? Amazing!! Got to get me a set of those pads and save my back from washing the wheels twice a week....huh

Has anyone tried to get the dealer to use upgraded materials (like the Brembo) while on the free maintenance situation? I am more than willing to pay the difference between the better stuff and the OEM, to get this kind of result!
