22's are not to bad on the x. I was surprised how good they road. I have had 22's on other trucks that road way worse.

Nice wheels. I also have a set of HARTGE 19" wheels (hyperblack) installed in my X5 to match with my TOYO Proxes tires.

So will running a 40 size tire be to tall? I was looking at 305/40/22. It looks like the price doubles if you want a smaller size, say even 35. Also will 305/25/22 be a harsh ride?

Depends. Do you think these tires are too fat looking?

http://www.xoutpost.com/532053-post9.html

Those are 50(front) & 45(rear) profile tires on 19" wheels. The sidewall height is 5".

The 305/40-22 sidewall height is 4.8". I think they would look okay especially if it's gonna cost twice as much for the others.

saw those on ebay,

called the guy, he said they came off a 745.. i'm pretty sure they wont fit correctly, they might stick out or be too far in.

Krunk:
Just linked that from another thread to show him what 50/45 profile tires looked like (not the wheels). He's asking if 40 might be too fat looking which actually would be slightly thinner than the ones in the link.

IzzE53:
I think stock offset for 4.8 wheels are +45mm front and +30mm rear.

Offset is 35mm for front and 28mm for rear not too far off. Also did a search and looks like other members ran the same wheels and the same offset

Looks like I am going to do 265/35/22 in the font, and 295/30/22 for the rear. Let me know what you think? Will this be ok?
