They are not folding all the way and therefore fold back out.
Clean and oil then try again. |

I had the same problem and apparently it's common. If you search the forum there are others that mention it. There is some switch that isn't being engadged properly.
Mine was still under warranty so I had the dealership check it out and they replaced the motors on both side. --Bill |

or something is loose/stuck inside... do a "search" and you will surely find it, or do we have an article on how to open the side mirrors? Check also the Articles page... tons of info...

i did the same search... all says to open mirror frame... but i couldnt open it to go for the next step.... i was afraid to breake it
