Brake light/rear light warning on cluster

you know what.. my brake light on the left keeps malfunctioning... cluster keeps saying "check rear light/ brake lights. I know its the left bulb. its burnt out black on the inside. Also the bulb its kind loose in the socket and everytime i put it back in place stops the warning light and it works fiine for a while, but i guess the the vibration moves it and sends a warning signal to cluster. I guess i will have to replace the bulb and screw it tight. any suggestions guys?

Within 3 months I had replaced every bulb in the rear except the silver turn signals. I guess there was a bad batch last year or something. As far as the loose fit...I seem to remember mine moving a little in the socket. You can tweak the metal contact tabs a little (don't break them) to make a better connection once they are installed.

you know what? i did tweak the metal already nad turned it nicely.. yes its a better connection. but i think my bulb went bad (its all black from all the loose conections) Still works. They tend to overheat whenever they have a false contact. I noticed. Matrix thanks for your feedback. dude I like your little pic with your daily routine... can u send me one?
