The middle one is for a mustang gt500. The third one is for a v8, and I have no clue how the first one would even mount...
It would be a BIG and probably very costly project to put this style charger on your X5. But I have seen a few E46 3.0i's with the centrifugal style superchargers that bolts up the same as the Dinan one for the E36 M3. I think they had custom mounting brackets CNC machined and used the dinan supercharger software, which tells me that style would be an easier retrofit for the 3.0i X5, judging you could find software that is.

You would need to make or hack up an intake manifold and the blower to make them work. Not worth it. Buy a turbo or a CSC. You can much more easily modify the exhaust system and run charge pipe to the existing intake manifold.
When it comes to roots style blowers, the upside is only there when it was made for the intake on your car and you can bolt it up and go. Otherwise, it is probably more complicated than building a turbo kit from scratch, or making your own bracket for a CSC. It's possible, sure. But you will spend way more dollars per HP than you would for a turbo or a CSC.

Lots to think about..........
The supercharger is not your biggest issue, it's re-programing your ECU(modifying your fuel/air ratio)to run along side the SC. Also you will want a new intake, and exhaust get it breathing properly as well as larger fuel injectors to maximize boost. If your seriously considering it you may want to take look at Dinan, I had them add a vortech supercharger running 8.5lbs of boost to my 03 E53 4.6is. I have been very happy with their work. The down side is it's not cheap! I have attached a couple of photo's from under the hood for your viewing pleasure...........

Yes, you need injectors and a tune, or at least an FMU, but I do not think you need to spend $12k to do FI on one of these cars.
Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone who sells ECU software for them, so from that perspective you might actually have to just for the remap. If you cannot do it yourself, you will have to pay someone else a premium says I. Seriously though single or twin turbo, single or dual intercooled would be easy to build for one of these cars, since there is a ton of space to work with. The hard part is the tune.

Trade in your car, add $15K and get an older 4.8... Your engine is undersized, you won't be happy blowing a v6... p.s, both cars that I have had supercharged in the past , both v8's, have had serious problems after a few years or so and I still wasn't happy with the power. If you want a race car, buy a race car.
