Finally got the LED interior bulb kit from Bimmian and after helpful tips from X5Dawg, Black E32 & the Bimmian website
went about changing all the interior bulbs with Xenon Colored High Power LEDs, takes about 1 hr. Light fittings come out easy so long as you don't rush or apply too much force. Glove box bulb is best done with a small mirror 'cause it's in a really tight spot.
The pics (with nil flash) may seem to show a blue hue however in real life it's very much a white light. I was a bit hesitant at first about doing this as I didn't want to have the inside light up like a football stadium. It does emit slightly more light but is acceptable. In hind sight very happy with them
