Filling tires with Nitrogen

So my local dealer (BMW of Fairfax) has a promo going on; $39.95 to fill 4 tires with Nitrogen. I didn't think much about it until I heard a little more about the benefits of filling your tires with N2. But is it really worth it? Any satisfied customers on this forum?
