hitch still on backorder
Talk to the local dealer again today about the hitch. He told me there are currently 231 on backorder. He thinks that if the number increases, they will get them available. At $500, that is $115000. You would think that BMW would get another supplier.

does anyone have a photo of the whole trailer hitch? I have a friend that owns a fabrication shop. I may have him make one or modify an after market one with all of the secure mounting points. If I can get the exact dimensions, he may be very interested in making the hitches for us. $$ always talks.

i posted 3 days ago, i found out checkeredflag bmw here in virginia beach have 1 in stock. been looking for one myself but have to take care of my e39 suspension problem first. give them a call if no one has got to them yet. 7574901111
