How do you remove Comfort Seat Headrests????

Help, need to try and remove headrests on my comfort seats to install Sheepskin seat covers if not I am going to have to modify the seat covers to fit. Anyone ever tried this or have the BMW process sheet for it??

Any help would be much appreciated as long as I don't break the seats trying the untried.
