New nav disks can be bought from http://navteq.com or used one are on eBay for less.
Regarding the changer, you can buy a used one on eBay for much less, but I would suggest going with an iPod interface instead. :xoutpost:

Correct. There are several good iPod interface kits that utilize the CD changer connections in the vehicle. DICE and Intravee-II are both good.
