Answers: to all E53 X5
1. Lug bolts: use the ones you have, or buy new ones to make the wheels look better. All OE Wheels use the same bolts. 2. Tire pressure sensors: Your vehicle does not have them so why would you want to add something that will not function? Your vehicle uses the speed sensors at the hubs to determine RPMs match at all wheels. If not, it trips the light. (others will chip in if there are any 2006 applications with a TPS sensor) 3. Tire pressures: will depend on multiple factors, trip speeds, average temps, weight loads, tire size(s), etc. What will be on the rim?

Ditto to all above. The e53 X5 does not use TPMS sensors. And the tire pressure recommendations are in your owners manual and the label on the driver's door (or door jamb).
And the wheel lug bolts are slightly different depending on build date. Most e53s have a 19mm head (up to 12/05 build date)...but for a short build date period...BMW changed the bolt's head to 17mm (from 12/05-up). The length and threads of the bolts are the same...it's just the bolt's head that is different. Whichever side of the build date your e53 is on...the 17mm or 19mm bolts will work for any e53 wheel you mount. It's just this small head bolt difference that coincides with your lug wrench, too. if you really need to know specifics...I would recommend checking any of the online part databases like the ones below...then pulling up the wheel diagrams to get the correct 11 digit BMW part nbr for the lug bolts based on your VIN and build date for the Style 87 wheels: You can see if you click the link below (I used my 2006 to pull up the diagram with a 12/05 build date)...that the Style 87 wheel has the same part nbr (regardless of build date)...but the lug bolt does have a different part nbr (and size: 17mm or 19mm head)...but will still fit any BMW oe Style 87 wheel:

Just a note, but the X6 use some weird thread pitch IIRC, something like 12x1.75....not the 12x1.5 most every other BMW is.

The X6 (e71 & F16)...is just like the e70 & F15 X5 in regards to bolt thread (see chart below).
But the X6 has a totally different fitment issue vs ANY X5 (except the X5 M)...and that is they have a split axle hub size different. The hubs on the rear axle are not the same size as the hubs on the front axle. So any X6 or X5M wheels will need augmentation to mount the rear wheels on any e70/F15 X5. And X6 front wheels will need to hub centric "reduction" rings to mount on any e53 X5. ![]()

[/QUOTE] I'll second that as my regular lugs are 19mm and the key for the locking lugs is 17mm. Throws off the guys at Discount Tires every time!
