! Tire Icon

The low pressure/flat tire ICON on the dash came on the other day and it stays on while driving. Tire pressure on all tires are fine. Is it a bad sensor?

Thanks!

Before you suspect a sensor, have you re-initialized it? All tires lose some pressure, and if it was initialized with higher pressures they may have dropped enough to set it off. See your manual for how to do it, it is very straightforward and should be done every time you reset tire pressures.

mines has come on before too. It can also come on if you pull off really hard, or have to stop really hard. Well that's what I read in the manual. I just followed the instructions to reset it. Prob went away and never came back.

Thanks for the replies!
Ok, so how do you re-set it? I don't have a service manual. All I've got is the original booklet.

Thanks!

That is what covers it, the owner's manual. You don't need a service manual.

You hold the button in, but see the owner's manual for details.

Thanks again. My wife figured it out this afternoon and the light went out. It's her car so this is all new to me.
