Nice RACK, Tambalolong!
Just being curious, what are you going to be carrying on your rack?

It's the older style, but I love my rack, especially this time of year!... haha

hey tambalolong, is it lockable? also, can you post daytime pics... im liking it, i will need it for long drives up to canada...

thanks for the pics, and good to know they are lockable...
they look much better than the older version...

and yes, check the size of your pic so you can attach it, im not sure about the limit ...

Looks good Tambalolong!

Whether old or new, the BMW rack designs are awesome; all the different attachments simply slide into the railings. Other non-oem rack systems seem to stick out the sides too much.

I appreciate your complement. I have 1 more trick up my sleeves not ready to post it until next Friday, i have not seen anybody do it yet so far so you guys might like it, if not it's ok too.

FYI. I have these same racks. You can remove those two extension pieces at the ends of each crossbar. I did that with mine and it sits lower on the roof.
