Heat blower making squeeking noise

Hey guys I have 03 X5 3.0 when i turn on the heat I get squeeking noise. When i turn the wheels to the left noise stops any idea what could causing this. I am think it's the blower anything else that can cause this noise to come. When i completely turn heat off this noise is longer there
