00 4.4iSP 105k - at 104k replaced spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and valley pan... she runs like a champ, and still looks new...

88k on the 03 4.6is, runs like a BEAST with no problems at all.

I often see high mileage vehicles (250k+) that run like new due to proper upkeep, and likely lots of highway miles...
