Hey guys, I'm new to this forum (but not to BMW's) I've had my X for about eight months, and in a recent snow storm, ran it into a curb sideways(passenger side) at about 25 mph.. Uhg.. It was a bad night. Anyways, I decided to claim it on my insurance, which has a $1000 deductable! And my question to you guy is: What damage might it have caused? The BMW dealership found the following: Broken rim, bent rear lower control arm, bent axel shaft, and alighnment. I know that more was wrong with the car than that being that once I threw the spare on afterwards and took it for a drive around the block, the brakes were making a awful noise when applied, and hardly worked. The dealership tried telling me that the brakes were just fine, and that they were making the noise because they're drilled brembos.. I freaked and asked them what's the name of the mechanic who's going to get kicked in the balls when finished with the car, and it's still making the awful noise?! Silence.. for about ten or so seconds. Then he replied with 'Maybe we'll check them a few more times'. Haha it was awsome.. Anyways my insurance will cover anything that was caused from the crash, so if anyone has any ideas of what more could have happened.. Please let me know

And BTW, Sorry that was so long..
