HELPPPP

I have a 2003 3.0 and i ran out of gas.

after i filled it my service engine light came on and my car wont go above 2000 rmps and puttered all the way home.

i dont know why this is and what to do please help

When the engine computer sees a missfire it shuts down the fuel injector to that cylinder(s). You likely just need the codes cleared. But have them read and printed out before in case there is something else other than that.

After driving for 55 drive cycles without the any faults the light would clear, but the fault would still be there in memory. Does it still drive poorly now? If it does there may atill be a current problem that needs diagnosis. I'd have the at least faults read.

And my baby is an 03 as well

I got it checked out and it was 19 codes of missfires so everythings fine

btw, did you buy your tail lights like that or do it yourself?
if so how

ohhhhhh i wannnnna do that.

i just painted my trim and grill black and its niiiice.

be nice though, i didnt notice how low i was considering it kept telling me my brake lights and tail lights were out.
