Sudesh,

note that also the aftermarket headlight have the self levelling adjustment and the quality seams to be good.

I really hate the AMBER CORNER!!!!!!!!

In my opinion, there is NO WAY, I would change out the OEM Xenon head lights for the cheaper versions no matter how good they good.

The only was I would even consider this is, if there was an aftermarket set of Xenon head lights with OEM quality and all the OEM features so it was just a simple plug and play application.

TwinsPoppa,

at the end I think I'll go for them: aftermarket headlight with aftermarket HID (8000K) with self levelling motor & direct plug & play. I just send a couple of questions to the ebay seller.

In case somthing go wrong I still have my old OEM XENON headlight with the amber corner!!!!!!!!!!!

Bye

nedo93, the link for "possible w/adapters" is talking about aftermarket HID too - at least that's what I understood from the listing.

You can use you OEM xenon setup in these lights (buy a H7 adaptor, costs 5 euro). The self leveling is plug and play. Good Luck!

I'm also interested in these if they are legit. Keep us posted. I thought the earlier e53's didn't have the self leveling system --I have an '01 4.4. When was the self leveling system available for the X5?

I have...............................

http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...pics-my-x.html

-High Beam is Plug and Play
-Parking lights are pleaced by the Angel Eyes which is Plug and Play
-Low beam is Plug and Play if u have a non xenon car. If you have a OEM xenon car u need a H7 adaptor plate.
-Self Leveling is Plug and play

The light house itself fits perfectly, and seems to be good quality....
