That's not 2 receivers... That type of hitch bolts to the body's sheet metal between the frame ends rather than the frame ends themselves, so is prone to bending/flexing down causing problems. They added a drop down brace that runs forward and bolts to the subframe to help counteract that flex. Unfortunately they still flex, people have had it flex noticably down with a simple hitch carrier with a full icechest on it.

Pay attention to having proper tongue weight and take it easy when starting off and braking to avoid such issues, and if you plan to do any serious towing do yourself a favor and get the OEM hitch as it becomes available. It is alot more serious piece of equipment that bolts to the end of the frame, replacing the structural bumper adn includes internal bracing that bolts in tight to spread the load into the rear subframe. Much much stronger design.
