Need your opinions. Between a 3.0d and 4.6is

Hi guys,
im in a dillema here. I cant choose between the 2. A E53s one is a 2001' 3.0D and a 2002' 4.6is. Price is more expensive by about USD8k. The diesel had done 50k km and the v8 had done only 30k km.

Price on fuel over here.
Diesel :

State owned (pertamina Rp 4,500/ltr = USD0.32/ltr)
Euro2 std diesel fuel and its got a 5% mix of bio fuel in it. The cetane rating is 49.
Shell :
Diesel is Rp6,900/ltr = USD 0.50/ltr
Is also euro2 and its got cetane level of 51.

Super extra gasoline 98 octane rp 6,400= USD0.45/ltr

I like both cars cos of the high torque. Most likely these cars will be driven in the city and freeway (80;20). im also looking at "tweaking" a little on the rig. Probably exhaust and air intake. Not touching the chipset but maybe. So plase reson with me.
