That sucks..but like others have said it could've been way worse..I'd rather the grill be messed up then the paint on the car being scratched up or keyed, or dented, or anything like that. The grill is a simple replacement. That being said, whoever did that to your X is an ass...

When life gives us lemons, make a titanium grill appear. No paintwork is a good thing
Sorry there are some true jerkoffs out there. Gotta keep our heads up though.

They probably didn't know, or figured (hoped) it didn't do any damage.
There are so many people who are oblivious. Must have been a pretty tall bumper.

My most painful was seeing a suburban squeeze in a spot in front of me. Got home and noticed a nice gouge in the hood (really low hood of the porsche).

You sure you weren't parked too close to one of our other members here?

man that sucks. a few days ago i got an x pipe put in my X and i was all happy and excited. later that night i walk out to my car to find the side mirror pushed forward and a trash can near it. I inspected the car and found this; vandalism or hit and run? i will never know..

but hey, what goes around comes around.

sorry to see that. i had similar damage after a piece of Styrofoam miraculously flew into my grille at 85 mph from the car in front of me. who would of thought soft packing foam would do that?? it was 4 degrees out though.

mtx5, get a Paintless dent removal guy pop those 2 dents out. He can pop those out. I had a huge one in the same location right above my rear wheel and the dent had a nice crease in it too. He popped it out like magic.. After your dents are popped out, get those scratches buffed with a buffer and you're good as new. Those dents being popped out might cost you a c-note at most...

is it me, but looking at these photos or simliar ones always give me a similiar feeling like watching someone get kicked in the jewels....best of luck

most people simply don't care, I'd like to think that people make real mistakes, but most are too careless about others, and I can't tell you how mant times I overheard people just say "ah if he can afford it, he can afford to fix it", man that just makes my blood boil

its going to need more work that just popping out. the pictures make it seem simple. there is a lot of deep scratches through the paint that you can't see in the pictures. so the paint is the big chunk of the $$ because they have to blend it too. but insurance has got it covered... so far..
