Problem with new Hid/Xenon Bulbs

I purchased new 6000K xenon bulbs to replace my original and I had a problem with one bulb. Every morning it wont light up for the first few seconds (drivers side bulb was ok) after turnong them on and off several times the bulb will work as it should...
Anyone had this problem.
I just returned them back to HIDNY and got a full refund.

I still want to get 6000K but not sure if I will have the same problem again.
I put my stock bulbs back and they are OK.

Anyone can recommend a good 6000K bulb/eBay?
Thanks.

HIDNY sells these anti-flicker anti error code resistor pack that you will need to make those bulbs work. There's nothing wrong with the bulbs or the kit, its the car's computer. So this resistor pack will trick the computer and make the bulbs work properly...

HIDNY's is this

You're gonna need a resistor pack no matter where you get your HID kit from. You will most likely experience the same problem if you don't get the resistors..

Sounds about right. I installed their kit in my fogs, but they came with the new digital ballast, like yours. Our existing ballast for the headlights prolly won't work properly.

Ok got it...

It makes sense - the hid fogs are ok because they are using new digital ballasts

Looks like I am getting the bulbs again from them with + resistor packs
Thanks all

Any place for a good 6000K xenon bulbs for less then $50.00???

HIDNY has these anti error resistors for $24.99 per one unit on their website but they also selling them on eBay for $18.99 for two units + $10 shipping - eBay it is (better price for bulbs too)
