passenger and diver door jamed in the cold weather , i want to fix it.!

I have read the thread of door jamed in cold weather of x5(mine is 2001). I have the same problem for years too. Although it only happen in cold temp . BUt it really gave me lots unhappy moment. I cant stand it anymore,and I DONT WANT TO GO DEALER SHOP TO COST ME MONEY to fix it. I want to do it myslef .Anyone knows any website or anyone has post pics to show me how to remove door panel ? plz .. plz .. plz .. thanks
