scorched head light AI AI IA.

I effed up big time tonight..

I was opening my headlight to attach the aftermarked angel eyes in it, and i melted it BIG time.

Its beyond repair, both the glass as well as the base..

Aaaah.. Im pretty annoyed with myself right now, and in a bit of a hurry to get a new one..

I can see that getting a new one will be very expensive, any tip what to do.?

Anyone got a 01 type headlight lying around willing to send it to Norway.?

BTW, Its the right hand side one..

Well, i have the HID yeah.. Xenon that is.?

I cant believe i managed to that..

Look at this..:

Then i found some OEM lights here in Norway to 140bucks a piece.. Which is a bargain.. But he only had the left side one.. I need the right side one..

Been checking out ebay, but the oem is quite expensive..

Think maybe ill just get a new pair of a aftermarked kind.. Like these:

I saw some other used headlights here in Norway, but it had the ballast attached to it on the lower part.. Not sure if they will fit.. The lights looked the same...

This is the back side of them:

i think they would fit, thats the shape of the bracket.

i think you can get those aftermarket ones with white angle eyes, not the yellow.
