I tried downloading that NAVtweak program and it won't let me extract the files. If you have a version that works, can you post it on the forum or where did you get yours from? Would this program work on a 2003 as well?

It's easy, just get Navtweak, grab the latest software load for the nav, open the file with UltraISO, grab the navboot file, and open in NavTweak. From there you can change your boot screen, any of the icons, etc. You can also change any of the text on the Nav, including the nav boot screen. I guess it's not 'easy' per se but it's not hard.

Yeah what's my best bet on the body kit? OEM BMW new then have it painted? I expect that's $$$...

You might be lucky and find a used one ... there were a couple of members selling their kits in "items for sale" section
