Transporting Vehicle....

Hi everyone,
I am considering transporting my X5 using one of the many trucking companies. Does anyone have any good or bad experience using open air transport and do you have any recommendations? I have heard very good things about Showroom Transportation from a friend.....

Thanks!

All I can say is to be careful about transport companies that swear they do the work but really sell it off to independent truckers. Most of the companies you'll find are just brokers. That is not necessarily bad but something to be aware of.

Do a search here as well. There have been several discussions about this topic with recommendations.

Good luck!

Many are brokers.

I just shipped a Corvette 2000 miles via enclosed trailer, which is a few hundred bucks more than open air. The company I worked with was superb from initial contact all the way through delivery. They have open air trailers too. PM me if you want their info.
