Question on DSC

Alright, my first bug.

I drive the same path at the same speeds everyday. I've been doing this in the X5 since November on clear roads, wet roads, snowy roads and icy roads.

This past week, on one of the off-ramps my DSC 4x4 light turns on and stabilty control is activated. I'm unsure why. Playing with it, it seems that if I'm driving at a moderate speed and turn right, it activates. There seems to be no need for this. It bogs down the vehicle and actually causes me to lose my center line with the road. I haven't found if it does it going left as there arn't too many places with a wide sweeping left turn. I turned DSC off and went around the turn today, easy as pie. Turning it back on, and the X5 struggled around the corner.

Then as I'm driving home in my parking lot, I turned it off and felt as if I dropped something that was dragging along with the car. It was an instant improvement.

Additionally, it does seem like the X5 has been more 'floaty' on the highway. Though, this may be placebo of my 'trying to find a problem.'

Tires are brand new winter tires, same ones since November.
