Hi all,
i drove from ontario canada to florida. I took my chev venture. Had my mechanic check out the van before the trip. Had the lower manifold gasket replaced (common problem with this van) $900.00
Stayed in florida 1 week. Packed and ready to go right? WRONG! van is dead. Got a tow to a gm dealership. $5.00 a mile OUCH
Dealership found the problem to be the anti theft sensor bad in the steering column. No replacment part in florida. At present i am held up in a hotel on the i195.
I wish i took my BMW instead!!!
