I've got a shop here in cumming and one in Gainsville, both charging $100 per wheel to strip and PC them. Do you know of another place?

No, that is why I was asking - eventually I will probably darken my wheels too (if I keep The Damn Thing).

I have been in and out of the shop for the past month - thing keeps killing O2 sensors (the same one)!!

You kept me from selling mine, so you've got to keep yours. If you can't find the source of the problem, I can take you to a real brain when it comes to BMW cars.

Check his website: Performing Imports | Your BMW Performance Specialists

I got the wheels in today, they are from Eurotech! Same as yours. Seems the owner and his wife split the company. They are made in Germany, I can't wait to put them on. Here is where I'm getting the powder coating done:

Professional Cryogenic Metallurgy & Coatings,Atlanta,Georgia,Cryogenic,REM Gears,powder coating,ceramic coating,sandblasting,metal polishing

Thanks for the links. Performing Imports seems to be right down the street from the shop I currently go to. Overall I have been happy with them, but it is just a long way for me to drive for repairs. The wife even said to start taking it back to the dealer just for convenience. My main thing is if I need to leave it, I need to have a loaner which my shop has been good about - if he doesn't have a loaner available, he has provided me with a rental vehicle at his expense.

Let us know how the wheels turn out - can't wait to see them!!

By the way, I vote for glossy gunmetal!!! I agree with a previous post - I think black would wash out the nice curves of the 215 wheel. I have seen them in gunmetal on an E70 and they looked great!!

And the winner is....Transparent pewter high gloss. It won out over the gunmetal because I wanted these wheels to be unique to my X5. Thanks for the feedback, will post pics asap.

I came across a seller on ebay who was the recent x-wife of the owner
of Eurotech. Karlyn was just starting out again and had a zero rating but has the entire inventory available for purchase. She was extrememly helpful and I am very satisfied with the wheels. You can also place a call directly to the warehouse, but I prefer the safety of Ebay.

Do you know what mm your center caps are? I 68 or 70? I just ordered the Toyo II's 295/40/20 all around....should look good.

Also, thanks to everyone for their help on this. I can't wait to post the pics.

RR-ride looks sweet man. Next mod is having the calipers coated. Check out the site I posted under the brakes forum.
