Negative experience with a dealership

Does anyone here know how to contact BMW North America regarding a negative service experience? I have already tried reaching out the the manager of that dealership but never received a response back, so I would like to escalate the problem.

Thanks
JD

It is simple to do. I put a deposit down on my x5 at one dealership and ended up buying a different one and then whenever I called to get it back they would hang up the phone on me!!! I contacted BBB, BMWNA, and started the charge back process on my credit card. Anyway, I got my deposit back and the manager called to tell me "that after consideration they decided to give it back" although he didn't apologize. It is such a ripoff, they claim refundable deposits but be careful should you need to get it back!

You need to contact BMWNA through phone or mail. Search on bmwusa.com you will find the contact info.

Guys - thanks for the quick response and feedback.. I have been managing customer service groups (technology products) for the past fifteen years and have never received such poor service in my life.

Thanks again

I second that....

BMW = Break My Wallet

These boards will help you minimize the losses though because the dealer prices are generally 3 to 4 times what things really cost to do.
