60K miles - now what?

Hello, everyone:

I am new to these boards, and this is my first post to the forum. What a great resource!

I am the proud owner of a 2002 4.4 X5, which has served me very well since new and recently crossed the 60K mile threshold. I would like to know what services my SAV needs at this point to keep it running strong for the next 60K.

I already have reviewed the archives, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what the "normal" 60K Inspection II entails, but I want to address all of the issues typically needed at the 60K mark. Please let me know if you think this is a comprehensive list, and if not, please feel free to let me know what else I need to do:

1.) Inspection II

2.) Water pump replacement

3.) Coolant hose replacement

4.) Power steering fluid flush

5.) Transmission service (is this a drain and fill, or filter change, too?)

Also, if anyone can offer some ballpark pricing on the above, that would be helpful. I am located in Virginia, USA.
