Part name & no.

Would someone please tell me the name of this piece (hitch cover?) and part no. if you know. Also, maybe where I can purchase the part. Thanks!

Attachment 31255
That marked area cannot be bought separately. Its part of what's called the rear apron. Part number for rear apron w/o PDC is 51190027289.

You shoud already know this from your previous post:

However, you can get a hitch cover separately (goes in the middle of your marked area - not replace it). Heres a pic:

I don't believe that piece is part of the kit I'm looking at, that was the reason for the question...

Look at the pic ... that whole lower portion that you circled/squared .. call it valance, diffuser, whatever .. its part of the rear apron (rear bumper).

If you just want that piece that covers the hole in the area you circled/squared then go here:

RealOEM.com BMW E53 X5 4.4i Aerodynamics package

Look at piece #8 .. probably order through a dealer .. try Craig Hacker [email protected] of BMW of Bloomfield, NJ .. they have good prices.

Oh man .. I promised not to spoonfeed ... I'm relapsing!
