If it's been two years since last brake fluid change, I would ask to get that done.
Serp belt could be belt, pulley/dampners, water pump, etc. Have them give it a good investigation. Brakes may be close; you might be able to sweet talk the fronts. Let us know how you did/what they did... GL,mD

Coolant is at 4yrs, so that's probably due too. Have them check the control arms, cv boots.

Not anymore. They no longer replace the entire cassette. There are like 10 different repair 'kits' for it now. Do you really want them to start 'working' on it?

Spend a few hours going over your entire car yourself. Inside, outside, underneath and on top. Turn everything on. Look at all the lights, indicators, etc. Take it for a test drive. Write everything down and get it fixed. If something doesn't get properly repaired, at least it will be a documented problem under warranty.

They must have tried one of these kits on ours a few months ago. They put new parts in twice and both times broke while they were working on it. Eventually a new entire assembly was installed.

Which part is incorrect? The part that 21 repair 'kits' are now available or my opinion that I don't want a service guy doing potentially more harm than good on my roof?
