Adding Nav to 2001 X5 w/out Nav

I'm new to this site and i needed some info about adding nav to my 2001 x5 that does not have nav in it.

I need to know if it is possible to do it and what i will need to do to install it.

I also need to know what components i need to purchase to complete the install, if possible

Any info in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2001 4.4i X5 w/out nav. My stock stereo has DSP. If you need any more info about my car, lmk

Thanks
