Simon is in Hong Kong ... it would be very easy for him to get the headlights ... He is inside the source!

Thanks guys!

X Foomph - yep, stock calipers painted red, and I went for matt-black which goes really well together with the rest of the black on the car. And yep, thanks to twinspoppa's advice, 25mm/rear and 15mm/front spacers are just perfect for my set up. There are quite a few X5 around here, but almost all of them are stock.

weasel56 - Thanks man. I've just put on the body-color-stickers from Bimmian, it looks ok but the effect is not as good as it was on my X3. I might give those B&W a try once I got all the rest stuff done. They are pretty easy get here and not too costly.

jst2878 - "time attack line" - you mean the silver border around the rims?

Essam & rich & jay - these headlights are exact the same as the one Umnitza was SUPPOSE to use for their P53: DEPO, LHD/RHD adjustable, leveling motor, AE (not CCFL). And ironically after months of drama and around the globe, I finally got them thru a really nice guy right here locally. Took only a couple of days and paid COD, and I converted the low beam to HID. (let me know if anyone wants but have problem getting these lights).

Your X is really looking great and unique. Yes, the silver border is the "time attack line" and I love it!

But just like Richirich said in another post. Its not just one mod but the sum of your mods that really make your X. I don't do mods just to "have" the mod - it should fit/compliment the other mods.

I can't wait to see the finished product. The colored wheel arches/flares/trim also look nice.

rastaFarai - yep, my favorite is the silver border as well. But for your lemans blue, here's some idea for you

TwinsPoppa - thank you man, the sizes for the spacers are just perfect. Do you know why the border is called "time attack line"? I agree, it's all about how all the mods come together. The thing I was concern about the most was if I went to much, but so far it looks just about right with all the little tweaks!

Got all the roundels done and installed the aluminum pedals. But still debating about the black handles, will play with some new ideas during this easter holidays.

Happy Easter to all!!!

Freakin' nice!!! Did you have all of your black trim painted glossy or do you have some type of treatment on the stock plastic??

I think I am going to have to do the fog light trim rings - I think that will go well with my black and white theme...
